  • Q1. How to get my camera charged?
    Using the USB cable, one end connects to the bottom USB port of the camera, the other end connects to the port of computer or mobile power.(We recommend you use power adapter of 5V 2A)

    1. Operate the Restore Factory Settings, the default password is: 12345678

    2. After done above, please go to Camera Wi-Fi Settings in VRDL360 App to reset the name and password for the camera.

    When battery meter on the indicator panel is fully filled, it means the camera has completed charge.

  • Q4. How do I restore factory settings?

    Stop pressing the wifi button until you hear drops of sound, which means you have back to restore factory settings.

  • Q5. Why my camera starting up automatically when plug in power or USB?

    1. When connect to power, it will be more convenient for you to check the charging or fully charged status.

    2. When connect to USB, it helps you read the SD card content and show you the SD card status as well.

  • Q6. How to know the camera has been connected to my phone successfully?
    A Phone mark will appear on the Wi-Fi icon, which means your phone has connected to the camera successfully.
  • Q7. Why mode switch button will not work for sometimes?

    1. When connect to computer, your camera enter into SD card mode and the button will stop work.

    2. When connect to phone, mode switch will be operated by APP.

  • Q8. What should I do to turn off my camera?
    Press the power button for 2 seconds, the camera will turn off after the indicator panel goes dark.
  • Q9. How do I know my camera is recording videos?
    When recording videos, video icon on the camera will keep blinking.
  • Q10. How to upgrade the firmware for VRDL360 camera?

    1. Upgrade through VRDL360 app. Connect the VRDL360 app with the camera and then go to Firmware Upgrade in Settings. After the firmware update is downloaded and installed, the camera will restart automatically. Please make sure the app is running and connecting to the camera during the upgrading.

    2. Upgrade through computer. Connect the camera to your computer and download the firmware update to your computer. Copy and paste the firmaware update to the root directory of the camera's memory card and then disconnect the camera from the computer. Press the power button to restart the camera and this may take a while before the upgrading is finished.

  • Q11. What if I forget my password for the camera's Wi-Fi?

  • Q1. Why some of the photos or video I shot are blurred?

    1. Shakes happening while taking photos or recording videos.

    2. Stains adheres to the lens. We advice you keep the lens clean.

  • Q2. Why it shows vague at first when I take photos by APP?
    Photos are not transferred to photo album. Don't worry and you will see a clear photograph after a few seconds.
  • Q3. Why my camera will emit heat when I take photos or record videos?
    It's a normal phenomenon, since battery discharges and the power consumtion increases, that your camera emits heat while using.

    You can enter 'VRDL360' on the serch column of APP store or download by scanning our code.
  • Q2. How to share my photos?
    Firstly, choose the photos you want to share. Secondly, share the phone by clicking the share button on the top right corner.

  • Q4. When I share my photos or videos, why it shows failure?
    Check if your network status is steady and try to share one more time.
  • Q5. What should I do if I want to shoot high quality photos?
    High quality photos will get to you while shooting from any angle, enjoy it.
  • Q6. How to share my photos or videos to Facebook?
    Firstly, choose the content you want to share. Secondly, click the share button on the top right corner, and websites like Facebook, Instragram,Twitter,ect will show up. Third, choose Facebook, you can share it successfully.
  • Q7. Does the camera support VR live streaming?
    It doesn't support live streaming for the time being. We may provide desktop software for live streaming later this year, pls stay tuned.
  • Q8. Why the speed is slow while transfering shooting mode into video, or vice versa?
    With our hard work, the switch speed has been rather rapid.
  • Q9. What should I do to transfer photos from camera to my phone?
    Photos will import to your phone automatically after the download is completed.
  • Q10. What should I do to transfer videos from camera to my phone?
    Videos will import to your phone automatically after the download is completed.

    Click the camera icon on the bottom left of APP and shoot photos after choosing photo mode.

  • Q1. Is there a way to let my phone connect to camera Wi-Fi?
    Please go to wifi settings in your phone and find a WiFi shown as VRDL360_****** , then connect it. The default password is 12345678
  • Q2. Why the Wi-Fi button doesn't work?
    When connect to phone, camera will be operated by APP and the Wi-Fi button will not work.
  • Q3. I can't connect my smartphone to VRDL360 camera. Why?

    1. Please make sure the camera's Wi-Fi is on.

    2. Please check if the camera is already connected to other device.

    3. Please make sure you've filled in the correct password. The default one is 12345678.

    4. It's recommended that you use it in an area with less Wi-Fi hotspots.

    The maximum is 128G.
